Highway Toll by Weight

AWTS vehicle weight & type detecting system is specially designed for toll by weight at highway, bridge and ferry. This system includes weighing platforms like axle scale with bending plate, single / dual platforms, truck scale, and dynamic / static weighing indicator as well as control cabinet, infrared light curtain division system, tire recognition system and auxiliary vehicle separation system, and so on. It’s installed at toll lane to test the axle weight and total weight of each passing vehicle, also check the travel speed, axle type and vehicle type. Connecting to toll computer management system, it works to distinguish if there is any overload situation automatically, by which it effectively protects the highway and bridge, and also ensure the reasonable highway toll. |
Highway Over-limit Detecting Project

OWTS fixed over-limit detecting system is specially designed for over-limit detection and law-enforcement of freight trains during highway administration and operation management. This system includes weighing platforms like axle scale with single / dual platforms or truck scale, and dynamic / static weighing indicator as well as control cabinet, infrared light curtain division system (option), vehicle type detecting system, over-limit warning scoreboard, detecting computer and software, etc. It’s installed at testing area to test the axle weight, total weight, and axle type & axle quantity of each passing vehicle, also automatically distinguish the overloading situations according to the preset over-limit standard and give a warning via sound-light alarm, by which it effectively protects the highway and bridge. License plate recognition instrument, signal lights are also optional to OWTS system to achieve full automatic over-limit detecting. |
Highway High-speed Pre-warning Detecting Project

OWTS high-speed pre-warning detecting system is specially used for identifying and guiding the over-limit freight trucks by Highway Management Department and Highway Operation Department. With high-speed dynamic axle scale with bending plate, dynamic weighing indicator, control cabinet, license plate identifying system, LED display, detecting computer and software, etc. The product can be installed directly on the highway main line, effectively protects the highway and bridge by detecting the axle load, gross weight, axle-type & speed and other vehicle data. OWTS automatically distinguishes overloading situations according to preset over-limit standard and gives a warning via sound-light alarm, then automatically guides the overloaded vehicles to the side station for precise detection purpose. It comes into being an auto enforcement system integrating pre-warning, block, and precise detection when combining with the low speed limit detection system, especially applied to I-type inspection station for overloading. |
