Exquisite Workmanship & Good Performance
Cut by CNC cutting machine and positioned by pre-arch machine, the steel panel is welded with U-beam by multi-head automatic welding machine to ensure that the inner air is isolated from outer air and the internal corrosion is eliminated. After sand blasting treatment, and protected by the primer-finish coating, the scale is processed by advanced auto drying to make sure of effective corrosion resistance performance. A variety of strict inspections are carried out for every truck scale before leaving the factory, that makes sure to meet your special requirements on quality and accuracy, and guarantees safety, reliability and effectiveness using on your site.
