Cut by CNC cutting machine and positioned by pre-arch machine, the steel panel is welded with U-beam by multi-head automatic welding machine to ensure that the inner air is isolated from outer air and the internal corrosion is eliminated. After sand blasting treatment, and protected by the primer-finish coating, the scale is processed by advanced auto drying to make sure of effective corrosion resistance performance. An uncovered split joint construction is adopted, which is able to optimize load distribution on scale end plates and load cells, and therefore improves the overall strength. A variety of strict inspections are carried out for every truck scale before leaving the factory, that makes sure to meet your special requirements on quality and accuracy, and guarantees safety, reliability and effectiveness using on your site.

As the latest product developed by ALP, SCS electronic truck scale is a perfect combination of modularization, standardization and serialization, to meet various needs of vehicle weighing with diverse specifications after free combination.Orthotropic closed cavity construction is employed for our truck scale. No weld seam appears on the bottom of the maximum stress position. The above two advantages are the guarantees to improve the overall strength, anti-torsion and lateral force resistance, suitable for weighing applications with high and medium frequency.
